Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of HousePin (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the App.

Use of the App

The App is provided for personal and organizational inspection use on a non-exclusive basis.

You may use HousePin to record property inspection activity, attach evidence, and export inspection records you are authorized to create and handle.

Inspection Records and User Content

You remain responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and lawful handling of inspection notes, photos, floor plans, and other content you store or export through the App.

Byteveil does not claim ownership of the inspection content you create or import.

Intellectual Property

The App, its design, branding, and related materials are owned by Byteveil and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You must have the necessary rights to use any floor plans, photographs, documents, or other materials imported into the App.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Byteveil does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, or compatibility with every operating environment, export workflow, or device configuration.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Byteveil is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and for reviewing exported reports, backups, and attachments before relying on them operationally.

Changes to the App and Terms

Byteveil may update, change, or discontinue App features at any time.

We may also update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
